Terms and Conditions – £50 Digital gift voucher

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

1. Agria Pet insurance is “the promoter” 
2. Each full new business policy will be entitled to a £50 digital gift card of their choice, out of the 4 brands on offer: Amazon.co.uk, M&S, Just Eat or Love2Shop “the promotion”

3. This promotion is open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man who are aged at least 18 years who meet the terms and conditions to qualify.  
4. Employees of Agria Pet Insurance are not eligible to enter.  
5. This promotion is open to all UK customers over the age of 18
6. To qualify for the offer, you must have a full live Agria Pet Insurance or Kennel Club Pet Insurance policy created within the promotional period 1st November – 30th November 2023 with the promo code BF23 applied at the point of sale.  

6.1 When promo code BF23 is quoted at point of sale between qualifying promotional periods stated in email and SMS, the recipient will be entered into a prize draw to win a dog or cat hamper from Love Louie. The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random by computer from all qualifying entries and the winner contacted by phone and/or email by 15^th December 2023 to arrange delivery of the hamper. The promoter does not accept responsibility for content of the hamper received.

7. All elements of the promotion are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.  
8. The policy must be in force for a minimum of 28 days in order to qualify for the promotion. 
9. The customer should expect to receive an email from Giftcloud with instructions on how to redeem their digital gift card, between 60 and 90 days of their policy start date. 
10. The offer is open to all levels of Dog and Cat policy 
11. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that does not adhere to these terms and conditions.  
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate this promotion in whole or in part in the event that it is necessary to do so. 
15. Applications for insurance policies provided by the Promoter are subject to its normal terms and conditions including its underwriting criteria. The Promoter reserves the right to decline any application for any insurance policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases, the customer will not be eligible to receive the digital gift card. 
16. The Promoter is not liable for any digital gift cards that are lost, stolen, or unused unless these are caused by the Promoter's negligence. 
17. The administration of the program is by Gift Cloud 

Exclusions 

8. Equine and Rabbit policies will not attract a digital gift card 
9. Digital Gift Cards incentives will only be paid for new policy purchases made within the UK. 
10. If the policy is cancelled by the customer or Agria within 28 days of the policy start date, the customer will not be eligible to receive the Digital Gift Card. 
11. The Digital Gift Card will only be payable if the insurance premium is paid in full, or if monthly direct debit payments are kept up to date. 
12. This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other Agria promotions, offers, rewards or discount codes. 
13. Digital Gift Cards are not applicable for renewing customers 
14. Price comparison or “Cashback” quotes must not be accepted as this will result in a declined digital gift card.
