Lifetime insurance means that whatever happens during your dog’s life, you can relax knowing that you won’t be on your own when it comes to their veterinary bills.
And with the new Royal Kennel Club Lifetime Lite, you can claim up to £4,000 in vet fees – every year your dog is insured with us. This amount resets each year, giving you cover for new and ongoing injuries, illnesses and conditions (that begin after your policy with us first starts), for the rest of your dog's life.
The lower vet fees cover means a lower premium for you to pay for your policy, yet still with the flexibility that comes with out other levels of cover. You can still add extras such as breeding risks cover or overseas travel cover. And, you will also get a discount when insuring more than one dog with us!

Vet fees
Up to £4,000 each year towards veterinary fees each year. When you renew your policy the full benefit you have chosen is reinstated.
Third-party liability
If your dog injures a third party and you are liable you will be covered for bodily injury and damage to property for up to £1 million.

Dog’s annual health check
We’ll send you a £25 voucher, each and every year, to help with the cost of veterinary health checks and vaccinations.
Common conditions
As long as there were no symptoms or signs before the start of the policy, your policy will cover a wide range of common conditions, including:
- Dental illness and injury (excluding routine check-ups, elective treatments, crowns and root canal procedures).
- Diabetes.
- Skin conditions.

Cover for pre-existing conditions that started before your policy
